Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The item must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of use.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Important Note:
Mattresses and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Mattresses
- Made-to-order or customized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Return Request & Collection Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will then contact you to arrange collection of the item, which may take up to 4 working days.
Self-Return Option
If you prefer to return the item yourself, it must be:
- In original packaging
- Non-scratched and non-damaged
- In the same condition as received

Return Shipping & Collection Fees
- If a return is requested after the delivery team has left, a return collection fee may apply, depending on the customer’s location.
- Any applicable return collection fees will be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the original item (subject to approval), and
- Place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
- You may modify your order (such as size, dimensions, or color) within 24 hours of placing the order.
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, order modifications or cancellations cannot be accepted, as production or processing will have already begun.
