1. Ready Stock Items (In-Stock)

• Delivery Time: Within 2–3 working days

• Applies to all items that are readily available in our warehouse and ready for dispatch.

• Standard shipping is free of charge.

2. Made-to-Order

• Delivery Time: Within 10–15 working days

• Applies to items that are locally manufactured or customized upon order confirmation.

• Production and preparation time are included in the delivery estimate.

• Shipping for these items is free of charge.

3. Pre-Order Items (Imported)

• Delivery Time: Within 35–40 working days

• Applies to items that are not currently in stock and require international sourcing.

• Delivery timelines include overseas shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery.

• Shipping for pre-order items is free of charge.

Express Shipping (Optional)

• For ready stock items only, customers who require faster delivery and cannot wait for the standard 2–3 working days may request express shipping.

• Express shipping is subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and confirmed before order dispatch.
